At Lumaris, we coordinate with a global matrix of artisan suppliers and automated fulfillment hubs to route our premium architectural fixtures and decor elements directly to your destination. This document details our operational shipping parameters, routing timelines, and delivery protocols. By finalizing an order sequence on our platform, you acknowledge and accept the conditions outlined below.
01. TIMELINES & COURIER TRANSIT MATRIX
Our standard international fulfillment loop consists of two distinct operational cycles:

The Processing Loop (3–5 Business Days): Every artisan piece passes a rigorous structural quality control check, material inspection, and protective vault packing sequence before it enters dispatch routing.

The Courier Transit Window (7–14 Business Days): Once transferred to our global shipping courier network, standard international transit times average between 7 to 14 business days.
Please note: Total fulfillment cycles are measured entirely from the moment of carrier dispatch, excluding regional public holidays, weekend sorting halts, or localized destination customs clearings.
02. COMPLIMENTARY WORLDWIDE FREIGHT
To provide a premium acquisition experience, Lumaris offers Complimentary Insured Shipping Worldwide on all curated orders. We absorb all baseline global courier freight fees to ensure a seamless checkout transaction regardless of your geographic location.
03. ASYNCHRONOUS DATA CHECKPOINTS (TRACKING ID)
The moment your container leaves our partner collection hub, our automated system generates a custom tracking data file and dispatches it straight to your email profile.
Because packages are handled via premium international lines, please allow 2 to 5 business days for the carrier’s server nodes to synchronize and refresh live tracking information on-screen. A temporary "Label Created" or "Package Not Found" status is completely standard while your parcel transitions to its first cross-border transit scanned checkpoint.
04. MULTI-CONTAINER Waves (SPLIT SHIPMENTS)
To minimize transit weight thresholds and eliminate the risk of delicate items damaging one another in transit, orders containing multiple artisan pieces or distinct material categories are frequently packaged into separate specialty containers.
Consequently, your components may arrive at your space in separate waves. You will receive unique tracking data sequences for each distinct package.
05. DESTINATION CUSTOMS & ADAPTIVE CLEARANCE FEES
While our platform proudly covers global freight routing charges, international imports passing through border customs vectors can occasionally attract destination handling fees, import duties, or localized consumption taxes according to your local territory's trade laws.
These localized clearance assessments are outside the control of our logistics grid and remain the exclusive financial responsibility of the importing client.
06. INTERCEPTION WINDOW LIMITS (ADDRESS AMENDMENTS)
Our backend logistics engine is hardwired for rapid dispatch. Clients are granted a strict 12-hour grace matrix from the moment of checkout completion to submit manual address adjustments or cancellation requests via support@lumaris.com. Once an allocation profile transforms into a live data file at our distribution centers, the physical automated loop cannot be intercepted, recalled, or edited in transit.
07. UNEXPECTED CARRIER COMPROMISE & LOSS OF FREIGHT
All Lumaris shipments are completely protected under transit route insurance. In the rare event that a package stalls at a customs checkpoint beyond an acceptable parameters window, experiences an internal carrier routing failure, or is deemed permanently lost in transit by the courier network, our team will automatically organize and accelerate a complimentary replacement dispatch.
